Every year we celebrate Christmas in July on July 24th. Christmas in July Eve. :)
When we lived in Orlando, we celebrated with the McIntires but this year we were all alone...
really missed that tradition with the Macs. :(
Why do we celebrate? The proper answer is that it keeps us in the Christmas spirit all year round...:)
The real answer is that it is an excuse to watch a fun Christmas movie and drink white hot chocolate
in the middle of the Summer!
Lizzie got to pick the movie this year and she picked... The Grinch! Cracked us up! I had some star shaped marshmallows left from 4th of July, which I thought were the perfect mix of Christmas and July!!!
This year (with the help of my bestie Bree) I found an awesome addition to our Christmas in July celebration!
We had fun night and enjoyed all of our goodies! Lizzie talked about it for days! Makes Mommy happy... :)
