Keith's Weekend

Well every once in a while, Keith's birthday and Father's Day fall on the same weekend. So it is all about Keith that weekend. We got baby back ribs to BBQ, went out on a date Saturday night, and had our Florida Family here for Oreo cakes on Monday. In addition, a new member of our technology family was added... Betsy's iPhone!! Keith said that what he wanted for Father's Day and his birthday is for me to have an iPhone. I'm a little spoiled, really....
These are all pics that I took on my new iPhone, some with an application called Instagram that places filters over the pictures to give them a certain "feel" One of my favs is the one with Keith and Lizzie seasoning the ribs. It looks like one of Mom's pictures when I was little. Interestingly enough, the filter is called "1977".
Happy "Keith Weekend"!!

Sound Wall

Someone decided that it was necessary to build a 15 ft. sound wall behind our house to block the noise from 417. We now have a concrete wall towering over our backyard. Not attractive at all. Going to take some getting used to.

Our Beautiful Ballerina!! It's Finally Here...First Day of Ballet!

Elizabeth and her friend Georgia began ballet together at the Orlando School of Ballet. We took pictures of Missy putting Lizzie's hair in her first bun. (Mommy has not yet attempted this!) Lizzie is super excited to begin her study of ballet!!! She even chose white tights instead of light pink because she wanted to be just like the sugar plum fairy in the Nutcracker!!!

Family of Five for the Weekend!

We had Landon and Audrey McIntire here for the weekend of Ryan and Jenni's 10th Anniversary. The kids had a great time playing in the pool, eating treats, and watching old Mickey Mouse cartoons! It was a crazy weekend, but we all loved the house being so full of fun and laughter all weekend! More pics to enjoy in our album!

Rapunzel Hair

Lizzie absolutely loves the movie Tangled and loves to recreate the movie by acting like Rapunzel. She had one piece of string that she found in an Easter basket that was floor length and she would wrap it around her headband and pretend it was her Rapunzel Hair. Mommy thought.. hmmm we can do better than that! So after lots of searching at Disney World, in stores, online I realized that the "real" Rapunzel Hair was only to be found at the Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique! So I decided to get crafty... Here are some pics of Lizzie's $5 Rapunzel Hair that makes her a very happy little girl!
