I applaud your efforts to educate your daughter in the virtues of collegiate sport, especially when it comes to the pigskin. But your photograph reveals your loyalties - you were watching the Illinois/Iowa game...not Purdue. I'm not one to tell someone how to parent their children, but this is a shameful error.
Dear Mr. Way-too-detail-oriented, If you knew your collegiate sports as well as you say you do, you would know that on October 6th (the day of the Illinois/Iowa game) Purdue played Ohio State and the game did not start until 8pm... Precisely Lizzie's bedtime!! So she was gaining experience in watching collegiate football during her normal waking hours!
