As Keith was doing some extensive yard work two weeks ago, he came upon this little...or NOT so little guy. We are estimating his length to be approx. 8 inches! The first time we tried to "take care of the matter", he escaped. We then gave him the name Mr. Big. He reappeared the next day with a web stretching from our house to our neighbor's house! This time, Mr Big had a bad day...
We later learned that Mr. Big was most likely a banana spider and is not poisonous. However, he could bite and we were not going to risk it!
May he rest in.... pieces.
